Elevated Setting
The Annex is located on the second floor of Boulder Falls Inn and is one of our most versatile spaces, particularly well-suited for social events and relaxed gatherings. The room comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests for seated events and up to 60 for standing receptions.
A standout feature of The Annex is its built-in private bar, making it an ideal setting for receptions, cocktail hours, and celebrations. It also includes access to an expansive private deck overlooking our koi pond and garden. The deck is furnished with tables and chairs, along with a lounge-style seating area that includes a couch and outdoor heating, allowing guests to comfortably enjoy it in a variety of weather conditions.
With its seamless indoor-outdoor flow, The Annex creates a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere that works well for corporate retreats, private parties, and social gatherings of all kinds.
